Orange, Cranberry & Walnut Loaf Baking Method:

  1. Put all dry ingredients into a large bowl and mix together with a fork.
  2. Add to the dry ingredients the orange juice, egg, melted butter and water. Mix all these ingredients together well by hand.
  3. Then add the cranberries and walnuts.
  4. Grease & tin a loaf tin & spoon mixture in.
  5. Bake at 170 degrees C for an hour.
  6. I double up this recipe as it freezes well. If you like you can ice it for an even more festive look.
